Program Description
ProCourtPartner (operated by Pro Court Partner LLC) sends account-related and transactional text messages to three audiences:
Players & families
Lesson and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, billing notices, and occasional facility announcements.Facility partners
Reminders of scheduled jobs and services.Instructors
Schedule notifications and reminders.
How You Opt In / Consent
Players and families provide their mobile number and check an unchecked consent box when they create an account or book a session. Facility partners and instructors consent through their onboarding or partner agreement at the time they provide their mobile number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, bookings, and schedule.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out & Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from ProCourtPartner.
