Pro Court Partner LLC (operating as ProCourtPartner) provides a platform that coordinates scheduling, reminders, and billing for court-sports facilities, instructors, and players and their families. We collect the information needed to operate the service, including your name, email address, phone number, and account and scheduling information. We collect this information when you sign up for an account, book or manage a lesson or appointment, or are onboarded as a facility partner or instructor. We also collect basic technical information (such as device and log data) when you use the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the service, and to send transactional and account-related SMS and text messages. These messages include lesson and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, billing notices, scheduled-job reminders to facilities, and notifications to instructors. We use your information to authenticate your account, to provide customer support, and to keep the platform secure.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with vendors and service providers as needed to operate the platform — for example, our SMS provider, which delivers the text messages described above. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Choices / Opt-Out

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
